Pongal is a four-day harvest festival celebrated in Tamil Nadu, India, honoring the sun and thanking nature for a bountiful harvest
A school picnic is a fun outdoor event where students can relax and enjoy time together outside of the classroom. It's a chance to socialize, play games, and have a meal in a more casual setting.
Students will learn reading, writing and speaking in Tamil through attractive books, and curriculum. Students receive certificates trophy for passing Tamil examination
Woodlands Tamil School was established in 2005 with fewer than five students. In its early days, classes were conducted in homes and garages, driven by a deep commitment to preserving the Tamil language and culture. As the student base gradually increased, the school transitioned to Lone Star Community College in 2011, when enrollment reached 30 students.
